Unexpected wine surprise upon arrival
The daily breakfast spread was fantastic, with a good variety of options to kickstart our day.
While we thoroughly enjoyed our time, the walls seemed a bit thin was good. This was a minor disruption to our overall experience but didn't overshadow the positives.

It was quiet, centrally located and breakfast was good. Our room was comfortable.
The remote for the TV didn't work, but there wasn't much on anyway. No English channels. WiFi would have been appreciated.

The hotel is very well located and clean.
There is no wifi internet, the beds are not very comfortable and there are no blinds (only light curtains), so the sunlight cannot be blocked. Another thing was that we had booked a double room but we were given twin beds.

Overall the room is neat, airy and includes central heating, a personal safe, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. All in all they offer excellent service.

The rooms were tidy as, and breakfast was choice! Just a bit noisy at night from outside. Chur for the free arvo snacks, they were lush!

It is close to many sightseeing in Prague, and to metro & tram stations.
The absence of internet, even in the lobby, was a real problem for me. Another minus of the hotel was the fact that there isn't a hairdryer in your room and you need to ask for it in the reception each time you need it.

The room had thin walls, but I enjoyed the comfy pillows greatly.

Location is very good. Everything is within a stone's throw.
The room is too simple (пионер-лагерь). One can hear every sound made in another room or outside. Very poor breakfast.

What we (me and my wife) liked the best was the hotel staff, the receptionists most of all, and a receptionist Barbara by name, in particular. She was very very polite, extreemley helpful and always at hand. We are most grateful to the staff of the hotel.
We would mention 4 things: 1) With the light switched on there was still very dark in tthe room. 2) Both lamps on the night tables malfunctioned. 3) The fan in a toilet and bathroom is swithched on together with the light, but it goes on working for 3 minutes after the light is switched off. It is acceptable in daytime, but absilutely inadmissable at night. The noise produced by the fan results in sleepless njght. 4) The TV set was tuned to only two programs, both having been in German. As a result we failed to watch and have an impression on Czech television,

The location was the best thing about this hotel it is well situated near the the town centre the complimentary breakfast was adequate the room was small but sufficient and clean. It is what it is a basic little hotel not luxurious with great comforts but cheap and value for the money for a short stay.
It was quite difficult to find in a little back street I had to get a taxi but this is only a minor drawback in my opinion.

The location of the hotel is perfect, in center and with a great connection with the main bus and train stations. Breakfast was nice to, and very kind people working there.
Only weak point it was about the heating; it was really cold outside, and the heating didn't work strong enough to leave the room warm; but still ok.
